Refund Policy

To ensure we can plan our events with excellence and steward our finances responsibly, the following policy applies to all church events where ticket prices are equal to or above £50.

All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted via email (info@grace.london) or WhatsApp to a Grace London staff member. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

1. Refund Tier System

The amount eligible for a refund is based on how much notice is given before the event start date. This allows us to cover non-refundable commitments made to venues and caterers.

Notice Period Refund of Total Ticket Price
45+ Days before event
100% Refund
30 - 44 Days before event
75% Refund
15 – 29 Days before event
50% Refund
0 – 14 Days before event
No Refund Available

2. Installment Specifics

If you are paying via installments, the refund percentages above still apply to the total cost of the ticket, not just the amount you have paid to date.

  • If you are owed a refund: We will calculate the "Refund Due" based on the table above. If your total installments paid exceed the non-refundable portion, we will refund the difference.

  • If you owe a balance: If you cancel within a window where the non-refundable amount (e.g., 50%) is more than you have paid in installments so far, your future installments will be cancelled, but no refund will be issued for previous payments.

3. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person within the church community at no extra cost.

  • This must be coordinated through the Church Office before the event begins.

  • The original purchaser is responsible for settling any private financial arrangements with the person taking their place.

4. Exceptional circumstances

As a church family, we recognise that some cancellations are due to unforeseen and difficult circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or family bereavement).

In these instances, please contact the Church Office. We will review these on a case-by-case basis and, where possible, offer a fuller refund, regardless of the notice period.
