Jesus told us to ‘pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest’ (Matthew 9.38). And so, it feels like an answer to prayer that I have the pleasure of introducing a few new staff members who have joined during the course of this month. This is a wonderful answer to prayer as we seek to become a church that helps mobilise and release people into their calling in ministry. Here’s a very brief introduction to each of the new team members.

Josh Brennan – Intern
Josh showed up at Grace last summer (2025) after meeting Jeremy Moses on an airplane, and spent a couple of months with us while he was doing a summer internship. He then went back to Bath to complete his degree, and during that time he contacted us about the possibility of giving the church a year of his time after graduation and before taking up his graduate job. As a result of those conversations, Josh is doing a one year voluntary internship. He’ll be seeking to raise some more financial support for this year, so if you have a heart to help, please do contact Josh to find out how.
Benjamin Bloch – Pastoral Associate
I first met Benjamin back in February after he applied for our pastoral residency. At the time, he was working in his first ministry role at Grace Church, Greenwich, straight after graduating from Durham University. We are are really happy to announce that Benjamin has come on board as a Pastoral Associate in order to gain a wide range of ministry experience, whilst continuing his course of biblical studies at Cornhill.
Jae-Mo Park – Pastoral Resident
Jae-Mo has arrived from Seoul with his wife, Seeyoon, just this week. He has been involved for some years in a ministry at his home church praying for Europe and supporting church planting, and that led him to begin studying remotely with Union School of Theology. During a trip to the UK, he met Felix Aremo (one of our deacons) at a London City Mission conference, and ended up applying for our pastoral residency. We were very happy to offer Jae-Mo a training role here at Grace as he takes the enormous step of leaving his previous career in marketing in order to pursue God’s call. Seeyoon has worked as a biblical counsellor back home in Seoul. Together they are taking a huge step by moving to a new city, a new country, and joining a new church.
I am thanking God that he is growing our team by calling people to his service. As a church family, let’s do everything we can to welcome them, encourage them, and support them as they serve the Lord at Grace.
